Pile testing will commence on 27 October and should complete by 11 November.
This forms part of the project’s investigation works and involves inserting and removing piles from various points across the site to establish specific soil conditions. This will ensure the design is accurately specified to safely support the mounting structures for the PV arrays.
The work will be undertaken away from residential properties and sensitive wildlife receptors previously identified.
Works will be undertaken during normal working hours (Mon-Fri 08:00 – 18:00, Sat 08:00 – 13:00).
