As expected it has been announced today that the application by Cleve Hill Solar Park has been ‘accepted for examination’. This just means that the application “is of a satisfactory standard”.
The application will go forward to detailed scrutiny via an ‘Examination’, which is a little like a public enquiry, at some point in 2019. If you want to have a say you have to register as an ‘Interested Party’. This is a very simple process and you will be able to do this from Wednesday 19 December 2018.
All the necessary information will be on the Planning Inspectorate’s website, and we’ve collected some helpful information about what you’ll need here on our website.
